I'd be happy to... The Toronto Raptors score 1.055 points per possession, a decent clip over the league average. The Brooklyn Nets give up 1.043 points per possession, just slightly worse than the league average of 1.040. Oh, and by the way, Toronto beats the league average of 1.024 def points per possession. So my math says.... Toronto by 5. In terms of scheme or rotation, I can't possibly predict any change in team philosophy. Who could? But here's my theory. If I'm Toronto, I pick up the pace significantly tomorrow. Much younger team running the floor, I can't imagine the Nets keeping up with high tempo. But this is just supposition. I'll put $100 on it - no 50 unit bombs for me. Best of luck.

Well according to said tracking, he lost half of a year's profit on one play. ONE PLAY. What does that tell you? You cannot have that kind of variance in your bankroll and be successful long-term. That's all I'm saying. I'm not saying the guy sucks at picking games, I don't think he does at all. I'm saying he's like a high school teenager at managing his money. How useful is one's ability to pick winners if he's already run out of money by the end of round 1 of the playoffs?

Well I mean I was never very good at throwing darts.....

I could bore you with DWill can't do this, Lowry will do that, Derozan this, Kidd that, KG and Pierce old, etc... but why bother? People just use that sort of "analysis" to confirm their own suppositions. That's called "confirmation bias" - you should look into it. For me, numbers make more sense. You bet the games however you want, I'm not challenging that. I'm challenging your risk of ruin - you might want to look that concept up as well.

This Brooklyn team was assembled: they're like expensive Lego pieces. The goal? Beat the Heat. The problem with that logic is that Legos don't build strong houses: brick and mortar does. The Raptors have a lot of young talent, but most importantly they play well together. They all know their roles. Lowry is every bit the point guard that DWill is, at about 1/4 the price. Derozan has stepped up his game tremendously. The X-factor is Joe Johnson. If Toronto can keep him away from the basket, they'll be all set. I know enough about Joe Johnson from his years here in ATL to know that guy will gladly take forced, low percentage shots if that's all you give him. Toronto will not win this game inside: I'm sure we'd agree on that. Guard play will decide this game. You take experience. In this matchup, I'll take youth. Oh, and the home court.
