When i buy 3 points until i build a big enuf bankroll, I dont raise my risk, i keep it the same and take the lower reward. I also do teasers with my system because i buy 3 pts for every game listed so i do 2, 3, 4 team teasers.
For the Mia, my system says Orlando got the SU win and it falls under the D type too. It factors many game stats, home court, b2b games, momentum, etc. Sometimes i add personal thoughts to it but for the most part I dont i follow the system. System says Orlando has 6 points edge on Mia, but i always buy 3 points because of range of error and also increased my win % alot.
