Yeah looks like I'll do the same...even if Bosh is in there I still might not play it. Toronto looks like they don't even want to be out there anymore. Probably just eat my losses since there's no way I can back this team right now. Hopefully the line is good, that might make me reconsider.

I've made the mistake to play it, if i would have checked injurie and streak correctly (normally i dont play teams which lost the last 3 or 4 games ATS) i would not have played it as 'A' or 'B' - but look, take the loss on 'B' means to 'kill' the win of 5 right series ... if the 'C' bet fails you will kill the money that you make with 15 right series - if the system goes right and toro wins - shit happens - but i think the right decision is to eat the loss cause we made the mistake 2 games before as we played it as an 'A' bet ...

Definitely...if I lost a C bet on a good team somehow I could live with it..but losing it on a bad team like Toronto would be just stupid unless you can afford it

you're way off - a 2pt buy at (-150) is risking 15 units to win 1.

A Bet - Risk 150 for 100
B Bet - Risk 375 for 250
C Bet - Risk 938 for 525

150+375+938 = $1463 or 15 units (rounded)

*i'm contemplating not even going for the c bet with bosh still out for tor.

when did you start? i did on 1/16.

if you started with $1000, what have you been playing each game? at a $100 bet, $1000 wouldnt even get you past 1 series - yet you made $20K?

I started back in november
I really started with $1100 and also got a few $$ in free play
I started betting to win 5% and then went to 10% of my bankroll
so if I won the next bet increased. If I loss game A and went to game B and had another series I bet The other A bets the same for the previous series even with some money tied up in the system
I have bet the almost the entire season but I missed 3 games now
The first game of the season I just watched the system
and 2 during the season I missed due to work
The lines were not posted and could not get to a computer.


You are right about my math it was off by 1 unit
I was saying bet 1 unit to win .67 could tie up 8.75it was 9.75
or 150 betting to win 100 could tie up 1462
9.75/.67 or 14.62/100
so yes 15 units to win 1

JM posted Tor as a bet I saw that bose was out
so for that series I only bet 2% for A and 5% for B
so I will now have to bet 12.5 for C

How it was explained to me:

The Basics:

The initial steps are really simple. You are looking for any team that is going on at least a 3 game road trip versus the Opposite conference. So East @ West or West @ East. We are betting that the road team will cover the spread at least once on the trip. A, B or C.... As soon as the team wins we are DONE with the series.

This alone isn't quite enough and thats where I come in. You must filter certain teams out for certain reasons throughout the season whether it's RPI implications, Injuries, other significant trends... etc.

Vinception you have in your avatar by far the greatest dunk of all time by the greatest dunker of all time. That was a 7 foot 1 inch guy he is clearing, and he completed the dunk!

I had a poster of that dunk in my room for years it was just so amazing. You could see the look on the guys face when Carter was coming full speed at him, the Italian 7 footer went to put his hands down to take a charge and then the look on his face was classic. That guy probably had no idea there was anyone in the world with the balls to attempt much less complete the feat of jumping over him and dunking.

This dunk and the dunk contest Carter won cement him as the greatest dunker of all time. Best dunk of all time + greatest performance in winning a dunk contest = greatest dunker of all time.

Plus the hundreds of Sportscenter dunk highlights. This guy was just unfathomable when he was in his prime. He is a shell of his former self now but no one in history even comes close to Vincanity in the 90's and early 21st century.
