Cleveland is only -1, and they go double figures whenever they bounce from a loss, this is a nice money shot, its in the sistem play aswell.

Possibly worth upping aswell.

How do you come up which team is hot or cold? winning/ losing last __games or using sportsbook?

I look at their record SU and ATS to see if I spot a team that is in a hot streak or a cold streak. A team might be cold SU but hot ATS.

I don't look at a fixed number of games, I just look at the W-L record on the schedule to see if a pattern emerges. One hot team might be 14-3 SU, another hot team might be 5-0 ATS. Just depends.

If the team is hot SU then I take them on the money line. If they are hot ATS then I take them on the spread. I tend to take favorites on the money line either way.

hey curious, nice to see your system has been running well. i still remember our chat in another thread about big ml favs. was wondering, what units do you play on the 1/2 and quarters. Could you also describe the system you use to recover losses using in games 1/2s and quarters a little better. Which ones do you leave for in game betting, just the 3rd 1/4 ones tagged with bet loser of...?

Quarters and halves are to risk 1 unit for plus odds and to win 1 unit for minus odds.

If a quarter play loses I double it up for the next quarter. Same for the 1st half loser, 3Q play. If that play loses I double it in the 4Q.

Yeah bet365 offers live quarter to quarter progressive handicaps and money lines up till like 3/4 of each quarter and before the next one.

There are some trends that favor these two but I didn't think they were that strong of plays.

Suns, Celtics and Bobcats 1st QTR all win! Bobcats and Celtics quarters were beautiful, absolutely no stress, this is the second time in a row Celtics have blown a team out 1st QTR.
The Suns were getting me worried at the end!

Also what about Cleveland 1st QTR? they've been winning 75% of theirs comapred with Portlland;s 39%. However, is this information relavant in these big games between two strong teams? what else should we be considering?

I just realised i took 2x Charlotte 1Q ML and -spread on other, guess that second one was supposed to be Boston.

Got Boston 1H for 2 units right tho, atleast something.

You are thinking too much. I only look at the win % for both teams by Quarter and try to find mismatches.

Usually I'd take Cleveland with their recent 75% for winning first quarters compared with Portlands poor record but in these kind of intense matches it gets you thinking.

Your Laker tip looks hot though, Lakers has a great record, Clippers is dismal, when you add on to that Lakers form and being a better overall team its worth the risk.

Not trying to pick at you but the Quarters probabilities work using favs on the ML and dogs + the points. I'm not sure that they work taking favs minus the points. FYI

At the end of the 1st Half. 7 books had it at +1 1/2

If Toronto loses the 3Q double up on them in the 4Q
