I'm liking the Celtics 1st Quarter tonight as well. Celts are winning 67% of first quarters this year and averaging +9.5 more points than there opponents. Cha-Ching! While Phoenix is winning 57% of first quarters at an average of +1.2. If you have follwed the Celts this year you know they get out to early leads and then coast when they are playing well. I'd say they are playing well again. Wouldn't you agree?

ck I actually am 2-5-2 I have 2 pushes not that it matters,Toronto yesterday and a college game from saturday i think it was nc st,also i lost 2 games today,had over 199 in toronto game today

I won 5k on the Bruins over then proceeded to lose Toronto over for 1500,SA for 1500,Houst for 1500, and NyK over for 1000, unreal that I won a huge game like that and I am down for the day. My balance is shrinking by the hour.

so out of the 5 nba games completed we have only had 1 su underdog winner and i am sure there will be more to come. 20% is low, and even on heavy favorite nights is still 17% clip. the lowest underdog (the grizz) is +155 so there is some money to be made on the board tonight still......

the spurs are a very poor back to back team, but they also will be playing their 4th game in 5 nights. on top of that, this will be their first home game after a mini 3 game east coast trip. the pacers run-n-gun style are exactly what the spurs dont want to see in this spot with tired legs. as i type this, the spurs have held on for a hard fought win at charlotte. makes the play even stronger in my opinion. line should be about 8.

the jazz will be looking to get back in the win column, and what better place than salt lake. they will be rested and waiting for a wolves team who is off a back to back in la on monday. the jazz are 3-1 ats the last 4 at home to the wolves - winning by an avg margin of 17ppg in those 4 wins. jazz by 20+ in what should be a -12.5 number.

the nuggets will be on a btb off a hard fought loss to the rockets, while the kings are well rested for this one. the kings dont match up well with big teams - and the magic proved that last week. the nuggets on the other hand are a smaller, run and gun type team, and this suits the kings well. the proof is also in the numbers as the kings have covered their last 5 games in denver and won 3 of them su. they should be catching about 13 in this spot, and that sets up a nice play on the dog here.

Dexter, please tell me you aren't seriously thinking of taking the Kings against the Nuggts coming off of a loss. I don't kow about that one..The others look real good though. But the Kings are the type of team that is so unpredicatble that it is hard to guage what they will give you night in and night out. They have plenty of talent and length, but with Mikki Moore getting less minutes these days their rebounidng is suffering somethin' terrible. Good luck though as always.

I'm absolutely estatic w/this new Pacer team now that Bird FINALLY blew up the thugs/malcontents that we had previously! This team can score...they're entertaining even if they lose and I think they're maybe 2 solid role players away from seriously contending in the East! They're getting some line value too at this point although as a young team they can't close in the 4Q to save their life! Does any book let u bet on the 4Q...they would be golden this year to fade!!
