Is it normal for a live ML to not be offered in the 2Q?

Honestly, this is just a joke now.

How do you get out-scored 21-14 on your home court after you've cut it to 6 against a team that just had an emotional blowout win over the Spurs the night before?

Oh that's right: because you have to get as close to the 2H line of -5 as possible.

Yes, Portland is probably getting tired. When you go behind by 24, it takes a LOT of effort to cut it down to 6. Both teams appear tired to me. It's going to become a half-court game in which case I trust Chris Paul.
Give me a break. It's the second week of the season and the Blazers are rested for chrissakes.

        This performance is inexcusable.

          Stop, just stop.

If you're gonna go through this whole act all nba season once again just don't bet it.
