Is it normal for a live ML to not be offered in the 2Q?

I took Portland +16.5 live. I think they fight back. Win would be a stretch but I wouldn't be shocked.

Yes, Portland is probably getting tired. When you go behind by 24, it takes a LOT of effort to cut it down to 6. Both teams appear tired to me. It's going to become a half-court game in which case I trust Chris Paul.
