As I said in PT, a moderator has been contacted and will verify my account activity at SIA. I have also contacted SIA and when I receive an official response from them, I will post it. I've had an account there for nearly three years and they've never once contacted me about being restricted because I'm in the US. I would assume this is a policy for new customers/accounts only.
