Yeah this is brutal. Losing Douthit was the best thing that could've happened to the Philippines, it allowed them to play an out-and-out pace game.

Hopefully they have another fourth quarter meltdown like they did against Taiwan.

damn i shoulda not put so much on the koreans.. with such a small bank roll was a dumb move to go big on that game.. Oh well lesson learnt.. hopefully broncos do their job tomorrow! Tough night tonight. Sydney, GC and korea all failing.

It was a shame though because.. everything was falling for the filos in the 2nd and 3rd quarters and korea was missing almost everything in the 3rd and that really was the game.

what a bad day for me 4 losses in a row in such closes calls! This game had the chance to go over but didn't..
unfortunately for me I won my small plays but lost all my 4 big plays.

slight breeze picking up I live about 15 minutes from the stadium. Weather has been nice though, suns out not too hot.

Connecticut VS Washington
Washington returns home after breaking Minnesota's 10 game home winning streak. I watched this game and although Minnesota were a bit off their game, the intensity from Washington was unbeatable. Connecticut are really struggling as of late and I don't see them putting up much of a fight in this one. Connecticut's latest games have been going under heaps lately as they have been unable to crack 70 points in most games. The last time these two sides played was in June with Washington pulling off a 4 point victory 66-62.
The total is pretty sharp in this game but Im going to be riding Washington all the way on this one. A fun fact here is Washington's coach Mike Thibault used to be the coach of Connecticut Suns up until November last year. So theres no doubt he will know the opposition quite well tonight.

NY VS Atlanta
Not much of a write up on this one. Atlanta play exceptionally well at home being the only team left with an unbeaten home record of 8-0. NY are flakey, seem to have a good win and back it up with some poor games. Atlanta have had a tough road trip losing 5 straight games and I think they will bounce back here and beat NY in a similar fashion as 7/6/13.

Atlanta -7.5 @1.91 X 1 UNIT to win .91 UNITS

Minnesota VS Chicago
Love this game. Minnesota lost their last game at home to Washington which serves as a bit of a wake up call for them. I think they will bounce back strong and have a good win here. Chicago are a good side but has shown to be vulnerable in some aspects of the game. When coming up against the best side in the WNBA it will serve as a good test for Chicago. The line is too low here after Minnesotas recent loss.

I also like the UNDER on this game. Both teams have very good defence, and have had most of their respective games of late go under.

Minnesota have gone under in 7 of 9 of their last road games.
Minnesota have gone under in 13 of 19 total games
Chicago have gone under in 6 of their last 8 games

Both teams defensively allow an average of approx mid 70's per game

Minnesota only average 78 points on the road
Minnesota allow 77 points on the road
