I posted the other day that I was disappointed with Ambrose's third in the shoot out because he was out driven on the final lap.

But just saw the replay of finish on Fox and have changed my mind. It looked more like the blue duece didn't have enough horses under the hood to push him more than anything. Didn't realize the #9 was closing on both leaders that fast as they hit the line.

yeah i dont think he was "out driven", i agree the push wasnt enough

When we compared them the other week Bodog had a few cents extra over round in market. I'd bet the same arb chances aren't there as often.

rain has STOPPED and the jet dryers have hit the track at 3:34PM.....still "misty"

reported from Jayski twitter feed

fingers-crossed for a night race......figured takes around 2.5 hours to dry the track/4 hours+ race for the whole 500....guess we shall see what happens

Would love to see some racing today but it is not looking promising, I would not mind to see the race run on a warmer day though so that the engine temperatures can be a factor in this race.

Edit: Cancelled until 12 p.m. eastern time on Monday!!!!

havent even finished them....i was in no rush since the rain...plus a few underdogs odds just keep getting worse so no point in betting my final plays yet..

but ive posted alot of my early wagers already in this thread....just not finished pluggin in things yet....alot of drivers odds are just getting worse as the public bets down the favs so only makes sense to add a few more when the odds permit it in my system if i think they have a chance, and would payoff handsomely, and here every1 has a chance so just being patient with my final plays...

ive been very lucky this week to bet on the drivers when the odds were the best for me...but wont matter unless they win i guess..lol
