Sainz (McLaren) and Albon (Torro Rosso) will start at the rear due to engine changes. They probably will not try to get out of Q1

Norris (McLaren) also took extra engine parts and has some sort of penalty. Not sure how any grid spots but if it is more than 10 spots he may not try to make Q2 as well.

Hulkenburg (Renault) has a 5 spot grid penalty for changing an engine component too.

Magnussen (Hass) gets a 5 spot grid penalty.

No penalty for Norris.
