No logic, just a gut feel they may want to make a show in front of company staff at the track they own and probabyl will not have a chance to do so later in weekend.

Ugly Friday for Bottas bettors

Not the end of the world, but talk about racing gods not smiling on us today.


In P1, Bottas car developed an oil leak and he lost most of the session as they changed his engine for an older spec version.

In P2, Bottas was looking as good as hoped in early runs and was sitting top of the time sheets when... he loses it and destroys the car into the wall about half way through session.


Hopefully has not killed us, and he obviously already has an ok setup dialed in to set times in P2, but really a big set back for any team losing just about all of Friday.

I don’t have an account in 5dimes yet but i’m looking into it after these options. Couple quick questions for you guys, do they always offer f1 qualifying h2h bets? and do grid penalties factor into this or is it just based upon their q time?

Yes dimes started offering a ton of F1 prop options last month. And all props parlayable too. They have had qualifying offered every week since

The grid penalty question I will leave for Opti as im not very quaified on F1 rules

Xfinity race at 3:30pm on NBCS

Fired up!!!! May go light on the Xfinity race. If odds stay this bad and seems pretty wide open outside Logano. Plus Having 2 juicy truck parlays to close already doesnt hurt either

Speaking of grid penalties.

Sainz (McLaren) and Albon (Torro Rosso) will start at the rear due to engine changes. They probably will not try to get out of Q1

Norris (McLaren) also took extra engine parts and has some sort of penalty. Not sure how any grid spots but if it is more than 10 spots he may not try to make Q2 as well.

Hulkenburg (Renault) has a 5 spot grid penalty for changing an engine component too.

That means bet Kyvat to beat Albon in race, and Ricciardo to beat Hulkenburg, btw.
