Dimes already said no regrade as per their rulebook. Which is same as most places offshore in no regrading for post race penalties causing changes to finishing order

Heritage says “Official winner of the race shall be the winner of the race for wagering purposes.”

That would lead me to believe Moffatt. Wouldn’t surprise me if they regraded.

Wondering about them because I place most of my bets there. No dog in the hunt for me in this one.

Yes they went back and changed the F1 race to the rightful winner even though Hamilton didn't cross the line in 1st (which cost me as I had Seb) but it was the right call as he was not in the lead at the time per F1 rules

I wasn't sure at first with that one. But the F1 race penalty was given during the race, not afterward, so Ham should have been paid.

5D rules only talk about penalties levied post race being ignored.

Just wonder what Heritage did. Their language seems to imply a regrade would have taken place with Moffatt as the winner.
