I live about 8 miles from the track so its easy in and out...been a big race fan for years. Two things from last night...the 49 truck must of just got his license this week...poor guy was in the wall at least three times in the first 30 laps before they parked him. The other was people were bagging on Kyle Busch for not letting Bell by him on the stage last laps so Bell's truck (Busch Team Truck) scored Chase points.

Going again tonight....Weather going to be the same...perfect conditions.....my thoughts are on Martin Truex to be very strong as he was in the last practice yesterday as well. My other two who looked really strong yesterday were Kyle Larson where he loves being up high where Kansas tends to be one of those tracks for him, and Ryan Blaney could get his first win possibly. As much as I would love to punch Logano in the face he's always a threat here.

I already have Truex and Blaney off openers wed, not sure what I'll be adding today but Larson for sure on my radar just hoping his odds come up some. Thinking I'll have Logano in some way in the closing slot of a open parlay from truck h2hs last night

feel bad for the Rhodes kid, post race interview was hard to watch after blowing up leading late and would have been busy 1st win. Ouch

I bet more people would have bagged Kyle if he had let Bell past for those points. It would have disappointed me and made it tough to trust Kyle odds in trucks in the future if he had.

Would like to see Blaney do it tonight.

Great race...played out for the most part as expected with Truex being the strongest car. Ugly wreck...Hate seeing Danica getting caught up in those especially when she's a victim of circumstances. It looked really bad up close with the fire and smoke and when it went Red and the helicopter was warming up it got really quiet for a moment but they showed Almirola moving around so people calmed down. They released him today but he fractured a vertebra and he might be down for a while. Could of been much worse. On the Race Control there was a lot of chatter about loose wheels and what was going on and a lot of back and forth on tires, guns, tire/rim issues? etc. So might here more about that in the weeks ahead

all the loose wheels was strange. I'm not a mechanic by any means, but how can a air gun not tighten the lugs right? Didn't Dale jr team even switch to the other option of gun and it was loose again? Def something we may hear more about

They were messing with some new gun on pit road not sure but I kept hearing them talking about it. Also Jr's crew has been having issues to the point that they've been putting spacers between the lugs and rim because of the loose issue. I expect we'll hear more about it, or possibly a competition caution to check tightness at the restrictor plate track or All Star race to see what the problem is if the crews are being careless or there's a problem elsewhere.
