JJ may win but at +400 on both DSI and Bovada I just can't do it.

5mike/pigpen, with all due respect I don't think those Bowyer odds are THAT out of line. throw out last year and he's had 3 top tens and worst of 15 in the last 4 races, he qualified well and had good practice times. I can see him in contention at the end. but...I still wouldn't bet him and actually couldn't resist a H2H Harvick over Bowyer -105

Normally don't do race match-ups especially laying chalk. However I made a big play today on Stewart -130 over Biffle. Feel very confident about this one as long as nothing bizarre happens to Smoke

Per Rickie,

i disaggree...hes had 1 top 5 his whole career at this racetrack and shown me nothing...but its wide open but he shouldnt be better than 18-1 range imo...its just the 1-lap pratice sheets and qualifying is the only reason at all

thats why he opened at over 30-1

id be surprised by a top 10 run today, so he wins

I was just comparing about how most of us jumped on the Larson train and started betting him because he was "going to win" a race last year. Never happen. I'm not saying Chase isn't better prepared as a rookie then Larson, but we have to be careful jumping on these guys because they come in hyped up. As long as Cup drivers are still in Nationwide, it is going to be tough for these new up and comers to win as rookies. No matter how talented they are.

I'd like to see the kid win, but lets be careful how much money we burn on him.

I agree Onlooker. I think last year we were gambling on Larson about every week and he never came through. I am a Chase Elliot fan having seen him on dirt a while back. I think he is going to be a superstar. I agree with Vegas he seems more calm and level headed meaning he is not all over the place. The big difference between him and Larson is their driving styles. Kyle tries to run a pole lap every lap and Chase is very smooth. I think that is one reason he did so well this weekend keeping the car under control through the bumps in the turns that was giving even some of the Cup regulars a tough time. Therefore I would expect Chase to do better on some of these 1.5 mile tracks where its more about hitting your marks every lap rather than say next week at Bristol where it is grab the bull by the horns each lap type of driving where Larson seems to be much better. Just my two cents of the driving styles.
