One that stands out in my mind, was 2 years ago at Talladega, the wife & me were there watching it live. I had Jeff G. at a nice price, I was about 300-400- yards from the Finish Line, when the drivers came by me on the last lap, Mark Martin was Pushing Jeff to the Checker Flag for my Big Pay Day. I start jumping around like a crazy man, screaming 2 my wife "WE JUST GOT PAID". Come to find out as they passed by my seats, Mark Martin lost the Air/Draft off Jeffs bumper, just enough for Dale Jr. to push Jimmie 2 the win. I was in shock, I sobered up pretty quick on my way out of that track.

I bet Mikes been drunk all week, still trying to get memories of that Bad Beat From Dover out of his head. You can be all over it any given weekend, but you just cant predict when Sh*t like that's going 2 happen. I'm sure when he settles down, he'll look at the Bigger Picture and get back to whats really important, The Marathon of the Whole Season not just 1 freaky Race Result.

Mike hasn't been hammered drunk in years now. I only let losses piss me off for 1 day, can't let 1 little race get ya down for any longer than that. But of course u get mad with the amounts I'm laying just not 4 long. Lol. Like u said season is all that matters for what I do. And especially as great as this one has been so far so I can't complain much, I've won a few this season same way last week lost. Same with wins I celebrate for 1 day and back to the grindstone. If u let them get u down u won't be successful. Gotta forget last race on Monday morning either way.

I forgot my phone charger so I have saved battery for calls home and NASCAR odds stuff. I stayed little longer than expected but ill be home by truck race I think. Waiting at airport now so ill be home unless there's a delay or something. Just a few hour flight. I'm ready to cash in big this weekend!!! Jam packed racing weekend too

Speaking of bad loses, I think it was Michigan a few years ago, I had JJ and biffle running 1-2 with like 3 laps left and they BOTH ran out of gas. Ouch. That 1 might have took 2 days to forget. Lol

That goes for all betting and bet sizes. You can't dwell on it too long or you're done. Being pissed and upset for the rest of the day is about as far as it should go. Bad beats always sting, and are hard to shake, but everyone needs to let it go as soon as possible.

On my winning bets, I really don't celebrate at all, because I feel the bet should of won. So no need to celebrate it. That good old saying, "Act like you been there before". That's the way I look at it.
