i think we picked up 1 nascar guy that was here most of the season, and that was GP

besides him i cant think of any1 else

1st few races people come out if the woodworks with threads....

speaking about these daily tourneys, i think it SUCKS everybody can play in the finale tournament 1st week of April....makes no sense to me...i think only the top 100 in standings from daily tournaments should only get to play in it...makes absolutley NO sense at all and deminishes the daily and makes they next to worthless...i mean any1 who is pro by then can play basically....

for me, and who EXTREMELY sucks at basketsball handicapping/wagering, i have no chace in the overall tri-contest, unless i do great in poker/BJ tournament.... but the final poker tourney will have 20,000 sbr points up for grabs so thats actually WELL worth it imo....

non-pros are playing in these dailys, which is fine, but they wont be able to play in the finale unless they are pro by march so that will dwindle alot of these guys, which is GREAT...im sure the point is SBR is hoping they turn pro if they have a chance to win any prizes overall, or just in the poker....they also cant play in BJ tourney either unless they turn by mid-March

and ill play the BJ tournament just for fun to try and win points as well...plus every1 has a chance at that...even though i have NEVER played BlackJack in a tournament style b4 so will have to brush up on how that works and get a good understanding of what i need to try and accomplish with that part...

I guess they want all the people who haven't downloaded the client to do it for that maybe.

i guess but whatever the reason its dumb as hell...makes no sense at all

theres a few months til the finale tourney, so hopefully SBR smartens up and makes the change to the format...enough people say something or make a comment hopefully they will change it back to regular finale...figures 1st 2 weeks i start playing poker here, this contest does this BS

They won't change any rules after announced. Someone (usually PO69 for one) always asks for changes to every single comp they announce. Don't think they can afford to change things or there would be 10 times more people going on and on and on every comp.

oh of course they do i agree

but its only for their advantage somehow and makes the contest daily tourneys almost worthless to try and play in everyday

i could play 1 tourney, finish dead last, then play in the finale tourney with the biggest prizes by far, and just get lucky as hell and reap all the best benefits instead of players that grinded everyday for 3 months
