I had about 2500 or 2600 in it and I have no regrets. I want that much money in a book. I don't start withdrawing until I'm over 4k.

Had I known two months ago that BI was going to crash, I obviously would've tried to get it out, but until a few weeks ago, it seemed solid.

Good philosophy with the BI mess. Hopefully you made more than you lost over the time there.

I would have argued with you about Tony being a crook a month or so back. Thought he was an ass at times, and too tough too often with his take your winnings and leave attitude, but always thought he had some moral justification to back him up most times. But the way that Dan guy has been treated really surprised me and dropped my opinion of, and trust in, Tony quite a bit.

Seems a little too much like the type of attitude a bookie that no longer cares about the long term might take too

My net was -950 at BI. I deposited on August 31 for the first time, and did the max p2p they told me I could send. I was betting there almost every day (I'd guess I exceeded 20k in betting handle) and wound up with this, according to the e-mail they sent me:

$2,528 balance
$170 fp

You should take that 1 vice offer to match your loss with a FP. Even with $50 limits you'll do better than $950.

Although I guess if they had you limited already they might not want you back to freeplay them.

damn that sucks Yis, srry man...hope u get it back with another book...no way people could have known about BI i totally agree....i never played at BI, but still makes me sick

as far as tony he can definatley can be a dick, but hes always done right by m...and never payout hassles/stalls/delays...

but i know hes done things to people im friends with here, that i wouldnt put up with and understand why they wouldnt play there anymore too...

also Dr. Jerry Punch lives here where i live in knoxville, Tn....and during the season, he always comes on every week to give usually 1-hour long interview about everything and the weeks race....and its always good because hes VERY knowledgable imo

anyways, last week listening and he came on to talk about the off-season chenges ect...was a great listen, but 1 thing he said struck me is how he thinks that out of all the big teams, that rousch is going to be behind again starting 2013 with the new cars....said funding/sponorship is far behind the other big teams and he doesnt think their R&D is anywhere close to the other teams

just something to think about and keep in mind heading to next season

hi all yeah that bet islands stuff is really bad im sure sbr knew something but as a sponsor of this site sbr decided to keep quiet

as for presents and gifts my grlfriend got m my james bond box set all 22 bond films plus the usual 23555 pairs of socks just watching the nba today before we get back on the bowl trail

god i love new socks!...i change socks 3 times a day min....just an ocd thing i guess and wear them out really fast

I'm sure it sounds redneck, but think it's more to do with how most Australians, of all classes, wore thongs (flip flops) a LOT as i grew up. Which I think happens a bit less these days.

If I could get away with going barefoot or just wearing sandals or thongs 24/7 I probably would. Only put shoes and socks on for other people rather than myself.

I thought thongs were worn by women (some men you never know) a bit higher on the body than on your feet lol
