I guess a 3 star, 2 star and 1 star pick each is the simplest way.

That should be fine Stash. We still need 3 more for a second entry. But this is supposed to be a little something to keep the NASCAR regulars together over the off season, so I hope you won't mind being bumped if 4 more turn up wanting in.

After a little thinking here is what I propose. Assuming we get 10 people to play.

Shaunovery and I are the team captains, and get to draft the other 4 players for our team one at a time in turn.

Each team member will submit 5 picks to their captain by PM.

The picks should be 1 star 2 star or 3 star.

If you rate yourself a good Bowl capper, and feel strong about about all 6 picks, it's fine to make them all 3 star.

Conversely, if you are not confident in your college football skills, it's also fine to make them all 1 star.

This will give each team a ranked list of picks. (if we don't get 15 unique picks each Captain goes back the team to do it again with the remaining matches)

Once we have done this I suggest both teams post their lists in this thread to discuss the merits of keeping them in that order or not.

I'd also like to suggest that if we have two entries each player should own 75% in their own teams entry, and 25% in the other. (so $750 if your entry wins or $250 if the other entry wins)

Be surprised if they get more than 30 entries when the crunch comes.

30 entries covers the points prizes fully, so guessing that's the number they expect too.

Hopefully between us we will be involved on 3-4 teams at least so that gives us a 1 in 3 chance of winning

i agree

im starting to think i might just try and get a small 2 or 3-man team together seperate

just too many people and and when u think about it, its going to be very hard to win with so many players picking games on each team....ur going to need to get hot to have any chance at this contest....just my 2 cents

im still thinking, but might go that route
