Yeah I've been playing the 1-12s often, most games are very close now so you only have to pick a winner. Only lost a 1-12 by winning 13+ twice I think, the other times have been from the other side winning which would've lost the line as well.Comment -

Maurice Blair was to slot in at five-eighth with widdop shifting to fullback. Blair has now been ruled out with a shoulder injury.
Cam smith will most likely play in the halves with hinchcliffe going to hooker.
If I had a play on the game other than the under 34.5 it would be storm 1-12.
I know they're missing cronk and he is the chief, but I would say storm will just keep it simple, play direct and rely on their defence.
Will be a packed down at AAMI park and the storm will want to get the W badly for Slater's 200th.

also major edit I meant widdop to HB not FB obviously. Pretty sure cam will slot in at HB and widdop will play his usual role anyway. I mean last time cronk was out widdop did well at half but that was against the lowly chooks.
But then again the chooks took it to the dragons last weekend.

Cowboys 1-12 for me.
Not touching the total, obviously is it wasn't raining all day the over would be a lock, but I think it's just about right weather considered.
Inglis is a big loss, although that edge is still dangerous with big dave and sutton.
Just can't bring myself to think sutton can have 3 good games in a row though.Comment -

I am on the Boks at 2.40. The bottom line is that the side has got 80 minutes together, is at home and knows that a loss to an inexperienced and untested AB side will be CATASTROPHIC to the RWC defense. A win will help the confidence. I rate Alberts coming back but a little nervous with Guthro thrown back in so soon. Would have rather had Beast, Bismarck and JdP in the front row.
Lambie at Fullback is good for the Boks.
