Selection No24:
£50:
Castleford Tigers +14 (To Beat) St Helens @ 1.91 (BetFred)
St Helens vs Castleford Tigers (25 Apr 2011 15:00 - GMT)
Good Luck
Both teams are coming into the game on the back of derby defeats to local rivals (Castleford Tigers 24-28 Wakefield Wildcats & Wigan Warriors 28-24 St Helens), The reason behind my Castleford Tigers selection is that i think the +14 is just too generous considering so far this season they are a team whos form has been consist all the way through (7-1-2 with the 2 Losing games by the same margin of 4 points) averaging only 19.6 PPG against them in Defence which is only 5/6 points from the Handicap without scoring themselves but they are also averaging 31.1 PPG in Attack, St Helens compare quite similar with 18.72 PPG in Defence & 30 PPG in Attack. Prior to the game against Wigan Warriors there were rumours that a number of Saints players were playing through the game with injuries which in a game with such fierce rivalry adrenaline could quite possibly help carry you through but they have since lost Centre Gary Wheeler & possibly Star Full-Back Paul Wellens to injury, Castleford Tigers on the otherhand have no new injury problems to deal with.
