With all my plays, i go have alot of different factors which help me decide which plays to take.

1- I rank all teams in the following categories (overall, offense, defense, home & away form, recent form)

2 - I use historial data upto 10yrs, history usually repeats itself.

3 - I always check Goalies confirmed (very important) my fav site is dailyfaceoff dot com!

4 - Situation plays e.g if team has high percentage of going back to back etc.

5 - And this one is very important, fade the public on high volume bet games. Sometimes when its too good to be true it usually is, its called the Vegas trap. If 99% of the public was on Team A i would play against it (either straight or take points) I have a high percentage of success rate going against public.

cool, thanks for that. baseball and ice hockey are 2 american sports i'd like to learn how to handicap. so that was useful.
