Here is a Belmont play for Sunday with reservations. This is a turf race so obviously I'm thinking that it goes to the dirt. FKng NYRA so afraid of the Yielding turf for some reason. Todays card (Sat.) was arguably the worst I've ever played on a Sat at Bel!! Scratch/Chalk-fest and I put way too much time capping it only to have to re-cap it throughout aftn... Alright I'm done pissing and moaning. For now at least.

BEL R4 Win on #5 Birchwood Road. Ive seen all of his turf starts and as a rule he puts in a good run. Going to key the #5 with 1,6,8
Hoping that several of these don't want the 9f distance.

BTW, Monmouth no bargain either today! Should ahve been patient (HAH!) and waited for Arl and SA.

Thats what I should do, just find another track or 2 to play but I usually end up playing at least a few of the races and pretty sure I regret it as a rule.

Right, the turf races at Bel are great and half of them move to dirt during the meet. Just no value when they scratch down to 4 horse races. BTW, just for kicks I wanted to (but forgot) play the early Pick3 at Bel today only becasue I think it could well be the smallest paying P3 of all time. So far 2 out of 3 in with a 4/5 fav looming.
