claiming races for horses with <4 wins (including maidens) at gulfstream and tampa

going to adjust again playable races in this sample and it's actually easier to say races that can't be played

I want to avoid older horses in these situations..

open claimers..
beaten claimers involving n1y and n2y..
allowance races..
starter optional claiming..
starter allowance
any kind of stakes race

so going forward it'll be these races I avoid rather than types I will play.. if I missed 1 or 2 will add but think that covers it

my 1-2 finishes last and an 8-1 ml that gets bet down to 5-2 does nothing..not a good omen for the day..looking back at the 1-2 I definitely think there were some vulnerabilities and won't bore you with them..I think it's a good idea to look back on a low odds loss and see if you missed anything..going forward could make you be a little more aware of things

push me towards this one..is dropping a bit but they already got a win with her first off the claim so they got back most of their money..won off a 2 month layoff last time and coming back off 4 months this time ..big thing here is this field is very lacking in 3 turn (route here) experience

you mean p5..believe it's mandatory with a $301k carryover so should be a biggie..I just put up 5 7 8 and going to look at 9..probably not going to do a ticket..forgot and don't feel like going over it again

I'll be honest, I feel the same lately and I only have been doing it for 3 years or so consistenly. Unmotivated/worn out usually means to take a break. I have a little bit more time right now but with work/life getting a little busier again, it's pretty tough to do the time needed for capping. I'm around the same age as lkid, not sure how old you are but having time is critical to doing well in my opinion.

I was a sophomore in high school when affirmed won the triple crown..I had $10 win on him @ 4-5 I believe lol..yes when it becomes a chore or when you don't have the time to do a thorough job might be best to sit it out for a while..when you come back after staying away for a while
that's a definite edge situation..you'll be fresh and more likely to spend the time and do more digging

i'm normally not as big on so. california tracks but they did put together a nice card tomorrow..looks from what I saw that unfortunately churchill is going to be wet on saturday
