going with the trainer stats here. trainer has a + ROI on dirt to turf, turf starts and beaten fav. also she ran a close to par number 2 back albeit at the claiming level. did not feel strong on this race so went mostly by trainer positives. she also has early speed for this 5 panel race. who do you like and why Mr. G&T? and are you on ht today? thx for checking in.

gritty win at 7f in debut at gulfstream and like the fact it was at 7f vs a shorter sprint. ..horse who finished 2nd came back to win next out.. a $250k yearling out of a stakes placed mare I consider this one expensive (slightly) for the pedigree specs.. then simply the fact todd thinks enough of him to try this spot.. 10-4-1-2 @ tampa coming into today

to debut in november at 6f more like a get a little experience race to me.. ran an even/slow fade running line which I feel is a good primer for a stretcout.. could see this $300k son of american pharoah improving second out and this trainer superb at multiple applicable categories applying to this race including record with jockey centeno
