When I get those races where I can make a case for all I usually just bet lightly on the "best" prices at 0-1 MTP. Box a couple 6-1+ horses (low units). Almost always toss CB and Pletcher fave horses in these cases on the theory that even if they should be faves the odds are depressed. Especially if it's 2yos or 3yos in spring meets. If you're playing horizontals tho it's really hard.
