I guess winning three of his last four games he started between the pipes is horrible since that's only a 75% win rate. Further more, one of the goals scored tonight was an empty netter which is not his fault. The Wings had over 35 shots on goal for the game but only lit the lamp once - that's brutal (for them) but it also shows the talent level of Turco. Conklin is not an every game goalie but is a BACK-UP. If you're fretting over a regular season loss, like this one, it says volumes.

Going to sit back and watch the game in a few. Despite knowing the outcome as I need to see the game. Boston is beatable and coming off a loss to Washington I did not see them putting in a solid effort for Friday's game. I was wrong. It happens. Matter of fact I've been wrong over 50% of the time this NHL season. Games ready. Jab step, cross-over, one leg fade ... nothing but net!

my comment wasn't towards you, just saying it out loud and if you think Turco has talent then you must be missing something. He is having his worst year in his career and this was something like his third win against the wings or something just mind boggling like that.

Sorry, was hit with the usual "you stink" IM's and e-mails following the game. Turco played well enough to win against Detroit and only let one slip through. That's what I was referencing.

Thank you. All I can tell you is try to be cash positive at the end of each night, sometimes this happens other times not. I appreciate your comment about trust - something I mention to everyone play each listing or none of them in the same portion to each persons level of activity and you will end up ahead of the game at season's end. To learn about the game one could go to NHL.com taking a good look at the box scores seeing what the winning teams have/are doing better than the losing ones. I know that's not much but it's a start.
