Glad to see the IIHF discussion has began. I'm projecting 6 goals in the CAN/SVK game 4-2 CAN. The last time they played it was a 3-2 game, that was early on in the tourney. I'd say both teams have improved chemistry and Canada seems to be getting stronger.

I find it odd that they don't even offer ml's for any game except USA/FIN.

The RUS/NOR game has a super inflated total IMO because what Norway did against 2 bad teams. I like the under in that game and I say this because I think RUS dominates 4-0 +/- 1 so I'll be on the under there.

We're down to the final 8 games of the tourney. Tuesday was kind & brought me $$$. So far I've got 42 out of 68 potential wins.

Out of the 8 remaining teams, I feel very confident that Russia, Canada, and Sweden are all making the trip to the medal round.

I predict Finland & USA to be a dog fight that will probably be decided early - t will all depend on what US Team shows up to play--the one that almost was beat by KAZ... or the one that pounded the Finns 5-0.

Finland is very strong (defending World Champs) and have their home crowd supporting them. BUT--historically, that has meant nothing as they have always exited early when the tourney is at home.

On the other hand, the US has only won 4 medals since 1960 (1 gold - 3 bronze) so expectations are much lower. Also, The US has demonstrated that they have the skill to beat the Finns and they have a roster filled with talent from the NHL. The boards I wager on are giving a slight advantage to the Finns but I believe the US will walk away the victor from today's battle.



I have a Very aggressive schedule for today with at least 42 pre-game wagers + whatever live PiX look to have a good percentile for success. Here's what I'm going with for today:
