I am writing Mr.Leonsis (Capitals Owner) a 5 page report/rant/businessplan about how to run his team and make them a true contender. Doing this for real right now. Fed-exing it to DC tomorrow. No jokes I'm for real. Maybe I'll be the next GM/coach of that mess of an organization

If I continue to hit 50% even I'll be happy. These are great as the season winds down and all the fringe playoff teams grind for every point they can get.
