I'm just thankful the Pens, Blues and Stars got it done and bailed me out, what a great night it would have been had I left the Canucks alone with all the other winning plays. I don't really like tonight's card, it looks trappy, but I'll try to come up with some winning plays.

Decisions decisions...third time lucky with the Canucks? If I try the Canucks PL again, it's certainly not gonna be more than a few units this time, but I'm gonna look at tonight's game and come up with a decision. The Canucks' last time against Calgary could probably be a real stinker with neither team caring at all now that the Flames have been eliminated, so tonight could be the better time to take Vancouver..I'll definitely get Vancouver to repay the Edmonton loss during the playoffs, if not partially tonight!

It's difficult to look past the Canes today...the Lightning are locked in to the No. 5 seed and the RBC Center will be rocking. To me it looks like the Rangers are gonna miss out again as I can't see the Canes losing. Sure, it might be fun for Tampa to play spoiler, but the home team's motivation will surely be too great. I will look in to that game of course as well as the others and try to get today's picks up a little earlier than usual as requested. However, if the Rangers fail to defeat the Devils the Canes could be playing out a celebration game so let's see what happens first.......and you know, I like the look of the Devils as I'm sure they would love to put their local rivals out!

I haven't updated for around a week now as I've been very busy with my work but as I mentioned after today I will be calculating the past week and adding it on to form the grand total for the regular season. I was at around +45-50 units looking back to the other week, the last week since then has been very profitable though so I'm looking forward to finding out the total for this season after tonight's games!

Great drama as the Wings win in Chicago...the door is open now for Dallas, I'm just waiting for my book to put up the odds again. Dallas will be the only play for the last day of the regular season. The Canes failed awfully in this situation yesterday but I really do think Dallas will deliver.
