One thing I have noticed about hockey in all the years I have been watching it going back to the days of Bobby Orr..No matter how good one team is and how bad the other is anyone can win the game and trying to figure out how and why is a headache waiting to happen..I'll just stick with calling it a fluke.

Very true Scrubz. Hockey is a lot more unpredictable than football or basketball I would say. I guess it's good for the fans and what not but not for us bettors :@

Took a quick look. Devils are 9-1 in the last 10 meetings so they are pretty dominant vs the Lightning but of those 9 wins only 2 are by 2 or more. They seem to play some tight games. Still would be a decent play though with Tampa really struggling.

NAS vs CHI Under 5.5 (-125) $125 to win $100
Under is 8-2 in the last 10 meetings including 2-0 in two meetings this season. Under is also 5-0 in the last 5 meetings in Chicago. Huet and Ellis are the confirmed starters and they had a good battle in a 2-0 Chicago final earlier this season.

BOS (-130) vs MTL $130 to win $100
Boston has Montreal's number with a 9-1 record in the last 10 meetings, including a 4-0 mark in MTL in the last 4 meetings. 7 of the last 9 wins for Boston have come by 2 or more goals as well. Although Price had a great game vs the Bruins earlier this year, Boston lit him up averaging 4 goals against him in their meetings last year. Keep in mind the earlier season 2-1 Habs victory was when Boston didn't have Marc Savard, who is a huge difference maker as the Bruins are proving these last few weeks. Montreal has been slumping big time and I like Boston to keep them in that slump tonight.

I know that was brutal. I forgot it was Montreals big celebration of their 100th anniversary tonight, of course they are gonna win. I should have scouted better

VAN (-140) vs CAR $140 to win $100
The Canucks are on a roll having beaten two top Eastern Conference teams in New Jersey and Philly. The Hurricanes continue to struggle having lost 5 straight. The Canucks are 6-1 in the last 7 meetings. Carolina hasn't played in 5 days and have a record of 0-3-0-2 with 3 days rest or more. Raycroft will be in net for VAN and Legace for CAR. Raycroft has played surprisingly well this season so I don't see him being an issue for the Nucks. The Canucks have absolutely dominated the East this year as they have a 5-0 record with a ridiculous 22 goals for and 5 against.
