Flames@Bluejackets Flames -117

I like the Flames here, they have a very reliable backup in Irving, and Hes ready to step up in place of the injured Kipper. He knows this is his chance. The Flames as a team have played outstanding there last 2 games, and now seem to be grabbing momentum. Columbus is still injured on the backend, and i can see them struggling a bit until they get solid forwards. Im siding with Calgary here.

Canadiens@Sabres Sabres -129

I know that Buffalo isnt exactly in form but, I see them coming out hard tonight.The Sabres were taken to the wood shed by montreal last weekend, and i believe they will be up for some redemption tonight. Montreal has been doing great so far this year but, i do believe there slightly over achieving and I see them coming back a bit closer to .500 level. The Sabres have to be desperate here, this is a short season. Taking Buffalo here.

Lightning@Devils Total Over 5.5 Goals +110

The lightning are coming off a couple of games where goals are hard to come by. The Devils have shutdown both islander teams. I look for Tampa to get back into there scorin ways tonight. I see NJ getting a few as well. The over was 4-0 in all 4 meeting last year. Giving this a shot.

Panthers@Flyers Flyers -135

Im siding with the Flyers here, they have bee playing as a team and getting great goaltending from Bryzgalov. Florida has not looked early on. There defense is very suspect and goaltending is a big issue.

Kings@Predators Predators ML -105

Siding with the Preds here. I loved that win over st louis in St louis. There a solid team with great goaltending. The kings played columbus the other night and won 4-2. I saw 2 of the goals the kings scored, most nhl goalies woul have stoppd them. Mason was just off the other night. i think preds can take this game.

Canucks@Wild Wild +100

The wild should win this game. Van is 5-2-2 but, luongo has been outstanding. Scnieder gets the start tonight, but i don think it will matter as the Canucks historically have had a hard time in Minnesota. The Canucks offense is still a big issue.

Giving this a shot for half my normal bet. If washington ever wakes up this may be the right time. Pittsburg feeling good returning off a succesful road trip. May be a bit of a let down as they know the Capitals cant win anything right now. Leafs and islanders walked into pitt and took 2 points each. Maybe it happens.

-I like these 2 plays today. The ducks have flown under the radar a bit with chicago an SJ having great starts. The ducks offense is clicking and I think they should win this tonight. Ive watched Dallas last 2 games. IN both those games tey blew the lead, and could have lost both games. Both Colorado and Edmonton were heavily injured fo those games,yet Dallas barely won both those games 3-2 each. Hiller hasnt been great for the ducks bu i think they will have nough tonight. hopefully a 4-2 win for the Ducks tonight.

I like the Devils here. They have been playing great hockey lately. The Devils have tightened up defensively and there goaltending has been good!. I also lik the Devils to play with a chip on there shoulder after losing bad in Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh will continue to play well but, i think they just happen to lose this game today. 3-2 Devils

I don't have a strong lean on either side. I also have a tough time on this total... It could go over. With the juice, I almost prefer to go under 5 and that way if 6 is scored, i am not hurting too bad. I know 5 is a common total, so this isn't a golden rule by any means. Bol!

I like Montreal to come out and play hard tonight! you know they will be up for this game, and after losing the home opener, I believe they will rebound and beat The Leafs. I saw the Candiens over 2.5 goals for -133, but I dont think Toronto will hit 3 befor the Canadiens.

-Im taking the Kings today. I have to side with the Rested team here. The Wings had there way with L.A last year, but That was with Lidstrom and none of those games were on a back to back. The Kings have a back to back of there own as they play theblues tomorrow. There has to be a ton of incentive to come out and grab this game from Sutter. Detroit Playing in less than 21 hours off.
