-Canucks 2-0 First Period win!
-Devils 3-2 Overtime win!
-Hurricanes upset 3-1 win!
-TB Over 3 Goals win! 6-4 final Over Ottawa
-Bruins Over 3 Goals win! 4-2 Final Over Islanders

My one upset was the Hurricanes. There gonna be a good team this year! just a bit of a rough start in there first 2 games. Wash will have an off year. That team is just a mess personell wise. Ovechkin with nobody to play with.

Avalanche@Sharks Sharks under 3 Goals -117

In the past there has been alot of goals scored here at home by San Jose. I was looking at the under, wasnt paticularly sure about it. Im trying Sharks Under 3 here bcause even if it does go over lets hope its like 4-2 avalanche. History states day games have a greater chance at hitting the under. My guess is that the players just arnt used to playing in the morning. With Varlomov playing well early on, im going to give this a shot. Remember even if the sharks get 3 goals it would still be a push.

-Maple Leafs@Rangers Rangers Over 2.5 Goals -135

The Rangers look to be gelling as a team. It took a few days to get there feet going. They only had 1 goal vs the flyers the other night but they had 30 shots on net, for a back to back. Befor that game they scored 4 goals on a solid goalie in Tukka Rask at home. Toronto is now discovering that they may have some goaltending issues. I can see the Rangers possibly holding toronto to 1 goal tonight.

With the recent struggles of Torontos goaltending I look for the Rangers to have some Jump out of the Gate. That top line of NYR is fast! and i see them maybe burning Phanuef a bit tonight.

I like the Bluejackets here. Call me CRAZY! lol but if there gonna beat Chicago it will be a game like tonight. Chicago has owned this team in the past winning all 4 matchups last year by 2+ goals. I watched Cloumbus in game 1 of there home opener, they actually looked decent. I know they slumped on the road a bit but, i see them squeeking a win out tonight. Chicago will be playing Detroit tomorrow and I think they may be looking ahead to that game a bit.

I like Columbus to be pumped up for this game and maybe suprise the Hawks tonight. There a totally diffrent team at home.

I think this may be a bit of a defensive battle. I like dallas to play more of a defensive style here. I believe Jagr is hurt and they know to win win tis game it will have to be low scoring.

LA Kings@Phoenix Coyotes Coyotes ML +115

Not sure Why the Coyotes are dogs here. I expect Phoenix and Smith to be pumped for this game. THIS WILL be PHYSICAL. Bodies FLYING! lol should be a close game but at this price im trying Phoenix here.

-Flames played a good game in Van the other night. They could have won that game but were unlucky. Edmonton has been decent early on, but I like the flames to play desperate here and get he home win. They badly need to establish there home ice.

Predators@Ducks Ducks over 2.5 Goals -120

-The Ducks should come out hard here. They were embaressed by the Canucks last night, and i expect them to get it going agian tonight.

-Sabres@Capitals Capitals Ml -126

-I looked at this line this morning. Somethin is up. Theres no way Washington should be -126 here. They deserve -105.
Although, when you look back at the NJ/Wash game. washington show alot by giving it there all and trying to come back from down 2-0. They came back forced OT then lost in OT. Broduer was bang on. Buffalo, they havnt showed me anything as well. The only thing they have was a solid win on home ice against a flyers team that has weak goaltending. I think Wash will squeek this game out. They are at home and need to protect this ice. Im siding with the home team here, But barely.

-Im on Pittsburg for this play. Ottawa has played well so far, but they have played weak defensive teams. The Panthers x2 the lightning. I mean, Ottawa will be decent this year but Pitt will be there in the end. Pittsburg has had 2 very sub par outings and im willing to bet Bylsma had a sit down with his team. I know its early but they cant afford to lose to many in a 48 game schedule. I look for Pitt to come out like gang busters here. Im not sure how this game will go but i wouldnt be suprised to see 4+ goals from Pitt today

-I like the Devils here in a low scoring match. Broduer has been super hot to start the year. Montreal just lost one of there forwards (Paciorety) and this may effect some of the lines. Canadiens have yet to face a top tier team yet.

Devils@Canadiens Canadiens Under 2.5 Goals -105

-The Canadiens have scored 4 goals in back to back games. Those games were against Washington and Florida.Those 2 teams have been playing brutal of late. I expect NJ to play much better than those 2 teams.

Flyers@Lightning Lightning ML -129

-The Flyers played last night. They had a offensive explosion vs the Panthers. I expect TB to be ready for this game and to come out fast. This could be back and forth but i expect to see TB prevail at the end.

Redwings@Blackhawks Redwings over 2.5 Goals -120

-Giving this a shot. Big divisional game nd you know Detroit wants to ruin the Blackhawks 5-0 start. Im not sure its gonna happen, so i Sided with Det over 2.5 instead. I wouldnt be suprised if this was going to be a higher scoring game.

- The Canucks need a fast start tonight. They play tomorrow in LA so it is important to get up early on the Sharks. Sharks are undefeated, but they do have some holes in there defense.

Ok, Two SU plays for today:

Bruins@Hurricanes Hurricanes ML +100

-Hurricanes are coming off two straight victories. They beat buffalo in both those games. Buffalo hasnt been impressive but winning both games of a home and home is still decent. Carolina seems to be settling in as a group. This team is a boat load of talent. I can see them going far this year. Ward hasnt been good so far, but hes progressing and settling in by each game. Game 1 he let up 5 goals, Game 2 4 goals, Game 3 3 goals , game 4 ?????. Boston has a 3-0-1 record to start. They really havnt played great this year yet. They beat a struggling Rangers team at home, who is just strarting to find there stride. They beat winnipeg 2-1 at home. Winnipeg actually played better than bosoton.It took a very late goal for Boston to tie things up. Boston went into NYR and lost in OT. NYR is just starting to play together, they didnt look good for about 2 periods vs the leafs the other night. Boston could easily be 2-2 here. With this all being said, this should be a close game. Ill take carolina at +100 odds.

Stars@BlueJackets Bluejackets ML +105

I find this game very interesting. I believe the Jackets win here. The jackets are 0-2 at home BUT, they Lost to a detroit team 4-3 and they lost to a undefeated Blackhawks 3-2. Columbus had the lead vs Chicago. Remember, Detroit was Blasted 6-0 the game befor Columbus.You knew Detroit would come out hard. Both teams showed up, coulda went either way. Chicago, I pick to be the #1 team in the west all year. They have alot to prove, losing 3-2 to chicago really isnt that bad.
Now Dallas comes into Columbus, Jamie Benn is in the lineup tonight, and Jagr is also in.ROY is out. I can see alot of people jumping on Dallas here but im not going to right away. While Dallas on paper is a good team. Has Benn played with his line mates this year? Jagr has been hurting with his back injuries. Dallas hasnt played well on the road. Just Becasue Benn is back dosnt mean he gonna be great right off the go. Dallas is also in Detroit tommorow night, do they over look this game? would be a classic spot to. All in all Columbus has played well at home so far. Dallas is coming in with good players, but some out of form some are hurting injury wise. This game Also seems a bit off on the Money line. A winless home team is only +105 vs a team that just got Jagr back and Jamie Benn? should Columbus be maybe +115 +120 here. Maybe Dallas -129??? Im Backing Columbus here, Im not afraid to give it a shot.

-The canucks let up 2 goals in the first period last night, but San Jose is on fire. The canucks hit 2 post including a breakaway post in that first period. I expect Van to have a better effort in this game. Hopefully Van will give it there all considering the Kings did knock the Canucks out of the Playoffs.

Columbus@Minnesota Minnesota ML -150

Im siding with Minnesota here. Most people with there Catand Dog will be on this play. Public should win here. Columbus just came off a hard faught win. 1st win at home. Emotionally i think Columbus may be a bit fatigued. Minnesota has the goaltending and they have been much better at home than Columbus has been on the road.

Ducks@Sharks Ducks +160

Im going to give this a shot. The ducks have played well so far on the road (2-0) This is a divisional match, you know they will be up for the test.Ducks would like nothing more than to end the Sharks perfect streak here. I also expect the Ducks to get back to what there good at... Scoring. In my mind this should only be around +120 +130. Vancouver hit 5 Posts playing SJ the other night. Van easily could have won the game if it wasnt for that rough first period.(First 10 mins).
