No chance unless these refs loosen up and call more penalties. That was my main reason for liking the over. Both have top 5 PPs and bottom 10 PKs. Only 4 PPs total so far and 2 PPGs.

Without Letang they aren't getting the offensive breaks they usually do, but as a result they are being more consistent on defense and being sure not to get caught down a man. I'd keep hitting the Pens unders (cautiously) until Letang comes back.
