check out Ohio U +6'. saw a guy i know who played o-line for Penn State today and he confirmed my thoughts on this game. not even Graham Spanier and Joe Pa could cover up how shitty that team is this year (and for the better part of the next decade, most likely).

this one was definately one I was gonna check out...also ESPN doing a ton of reporting on how PSU how they gonna be strong/not give up....so this kinda influence me the other way....(this factor will never deterimine my pick solely, but just like in NBA finals this season, they were all sucking oklahoma citys dick and they got buried) seems to be a small trend . espn = terrible anaylsis

i actually saw a lot of them last year because i'm a huge Big Ten fan so i watch as much as i can of any conference game. i agree that they were one of the worst teams in FBS last year (and probably the worst major program) so you have a point that maybe there's nowhere to go but up. that said, there's no way to get around the fact that they've lost a significant amount of talent and have changed coaching staffs. as a Big Ten fan and a college football fan in general, i will be rooting for them to bounce back (after all, it's not as if the current players or the fan base did anything wrong here), but these sanctions are absolutely crippling. i also think that this is Solich's best team at OU.

agree, espn = the voice of the public rubes. they don't talk a lot of Xs and Os. why? well, because the people who look to espn for analysis would much rather have theirs TMZ-style than chalkboard-style. i'd say that it's sad, but when you employ no-talent hacks like Mike Greenberg, Chris Berman, Stu Scott and JA Adande, well, you get what you pay for.

ive been running that game over and over in my thoughts all day, tempted to do a bet on Tennessee, really think my insticts for this one (SEC team last year that struggled against #7 toughest schedule in the country, with many returning vs ACC team with good record from last year but against #71 toughest schedule)....put together a small teaser with tenn +3 and msu-1 as well.....

as for the under...my thoughts are that it may not be a bad bet, nc state offense should struggle against a superior defensive SEC unit, especially one that played such a tough schedule last year, although they have a new defensive coordinator, he has worked with many great defenses in his career, including LSU (Dooley back in 2000) and Alabama (with Saban as of lately)...
Tennessee's offense is the big question mark, they performed well last year when they were healthy, lets see if they can get in sync....

the more I think about it Im gonna go with my instincts on this one,

2dabank honestly im just basing that play off their performances last season. i didnt really cap the game. neither team had explosive offense and nc state was decent defensively last year...so its somewhat a shot in the dark lol

i have 6 point tease with sparty-.5 and neb-13.5 (sat gm)..only way i felt confident playing msu and like neb giving less than 2 tds 2marro..

stan-6.5 -130 1st qrtr....might have been better off just playing the gm here but if it close at half i will surely be on stan as the big uglies should wear sjst down throughout this one, no luck no problem as stan covers these spreads against scrubs with shear power...im out for a while gl guys

yea shit went well...2nd espn gm i teased down then took dog line that made them +4.5 for gm -127 and parlayed that with next play on board, both days fav won by 4, gotta love that shit...still have neb-13.5 to finish the tease with msu tonight , feel good bout that as i wanted to ply neb early as now i see -20...i ended up using ten ml and the over in that gm after you talked about it and i read something that had over make sense...

besides neb to finish teaser im already on wvu-24 (higher now), i mean i know it a rivalry and marshall has been known to keep this gm close but im just buying geno smith/holgerson and year 2 of the air raid offense, hell id still play them at -26 cause doubt it matters either they play clean and blow them out or they make bunch of dumbass mistakes and pull out a win late...

Im a Miami Hurricane. Born and Raised. so my opinion of florida is always biased (even the years when tebow was playing I freaking hated them, they werent even that good, against the tougher teams they would always struggle, and just barely convert 3rd downs on 3rd and longs...offense never was clicking very nicely, they were always scrapping together good plays)

I did get to watch them a couple times last year, saw the LSU and BAMA game....was loving it, and made some good bets against all the UF fans,

wasnt impressed with driskel or briskett at all in those games (driskel got knocked out early in bama game/but that was against some of the best defenses in the nation of course, although kinda like todays TENN game, playing strong SEC teams/competition at college level usually correleates to improvement the following year if they are well coached, (common sense duh)

Although, UF can easily take this game, I wouldnt touch it, big reason is because both Driskel and Brisset are going to eash start a quarter/split time, and I think UF will be working out their kinks, but could easily run away with this game....

Im a big believer in watching football games to truely understand why games go a certain way/bad QB or bad protection....stuff like that....wont be watching this game...but will look into game log afterwards....depending on results I will look into betting against UF later in season when they play some of the tougher teams, especially Tenn now they looked real solid, and I think Georgias gonna be another strong team this year too, although havent dug deep into them yet....

BUEATIFUL FREAKING WEEKEND. Just got to my dads apartment right on miami beach....got a bueatiful view of the ocean.....might make a lil video for your all later off my webcam so you can see what Im working with.....
Im pissed though I usually handicap on a atleast 40inch+ HDTV on a couch with a wireless keyboard and mouse but I forgot my HDMI cable so it ***** me all up......

Thanks Joco....Im pissed at myself because I made mistake I usually do....ruined sweep (calling this oklahoma game over how bad they are playing) ......I lazily picked them over UTEP, not really looking into the numbers/ I just wanted to tease SD STATE to get a few more Pts (almost was gonna take oregon but was nervous b/c they had new QB opposed to landry jones whos established offense)....but losing money in these situations is good cuz maybe next time Ill ******* smarten up and and only play solid edges even after a 4-0 day.....

Anyways Gonna wait to make the official tally after this oklahoma game...

although they dropped like 3 INTs already/ stupid penalties/blocked punts.....offense dropping passes.....cant win em all.....
