I would like some accountability from you and SBR...why can't you do it like all of the other big boys out there? (RX, EOG, even covers is policed way better than SBR and that's ****ing pathetic!)...

I want to be clear. It's not that I can't take criticism. I realize that comes with the territory of posting plays. You've seen me take the criticism like a man in years and weeks past. However, this past weekend it reached a new level, yet the moderators chose to do nothing. I have chosen not to post my plays because when posters do get out of hand, I don't have confidence in these same moderators to do their job properly. So all of you that think I can't take any criticsm need to read between the lines a bit more.

I like to read pags write-ups and hope he doesnt leave. There are about 4 posters in this NCAA forum that I like to see what they are on each week before I make the plays I was looking at. I dont tail anyone completely but I do like to see other's opinions of the games I am looking at possibly betting. I would really hate to see these guys leave over a bashing poster. I also dont understand why people are bashing someone other than they are 12 years old, no need for bashing, it is childish. Good luck pags, imgv, and the others who pick the games, put their record in public, and take the crap from the peanut gallery but first and foremost handle themselves like adults. When I am on the forum, I would like to think all that crap wasn't being posted in your threads. But not a thing I can do when I am not here. Because I am sure you would say it was to late after the posts were to get moved after a certain amount of time. There is a ignore feature and a "report a post" feature that you are not using. Those are there to help ease your pain. Just report the post, and one of us will review it and move it if necessary.

You don't make SBR tick, so get over that.

I am not going to get into a pissing match with you, but not going to let you come in and out degrading the mods here. So man up, and let it go already. The mod staff here also have lives, and can't be on here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I have respected you and congratulated you in the past. I like the fact your threads get 3500 to 4000 views a week, and seem to be a good consistent capper. Congrats again. I don't want to see you leave, but if you need to, to cool down. Then we will see you when you come back.

I've come from some of the toughest forums around...I have over 30,000 posts at covers...you don't stick around that long at covers without having thick skin...I know it's hard to imagine the pressure that comes along with trying to provide insight and picks (for free) and not having confidence in the support staff to keep your thread cleaned up, but that's where I'm at right now...

pags is the reason I came over here. I thought this was a clean forum, one with minimal BS.
Just remember, this is gambling and locks do not exist. Only death, taxes, and parasites in government are locks.
I don't know pags personally, but to respond to pretty much anyone's opinion is a class act, IMO. It's not a prerequisite to posting, but it's appreciated.
If you cap CFB, you know what a crazy year it's been and to post a winning season is excellent.
I use these forums for insight and use respected cappers to bolster my bets or refrain from such. If you haven't won any coin this year, don't blame pags. He didn't tout you to play, just showed balls to post plays at a very early time, unlike others who coattail and post later. His early picks help so you do have time to dig deeply in these games.
Just use this forum as a great spot for info/insight. That's it's intention...I would hope. If you like BS and one upmanship, there's plenty out there down the street.
Ok, enuff soap opera stuff...remember, the BOWLS are where the big money's at.

With all due respect pags. Covers is not even close to being in the same league as the O.G.D in regards to being one of the toughest forums out there. They make Covers look like a cupcake.

Now getting back to the original beef.

Anyone that has 40,000+ posts at Covers or any other forum out there knows from experience alone that posters are always going to have haters no matter what they do whether it's positive or negative. So needless to say you will never get rid of that type of element no matter what forum you decide to post at (thats 100% fact and you know it).

If it was up to me I would implement a special section to the forum here that was totally dedicate to strong criteria type posters that discussed only numbers, trends, and strategies, along with writeup s about why they like their plays. Of course it would have to be done by an invite only type basis in order to keep the stalkers from becoming haters of certain posters if they have a bad week. I would also need to set up a extremely strict set of rules and enforce them without even one warning even being issued, and the invitees would have to agree to the rules or be denied access.

I like your proposed idea, but why not just take a note of the more popular threads each week, visit them more frequently, and be a little more "strict" in what you'll allow in those threads (knowing that these particular threads are bringing many posters to the site)?...
