seems like lots of low scoring games today. i understand about the hurricane but 1) how many games can that strongly affect? 2) don't the lines adjust?

#2 is something i wonder about...... i would think if you took a perfect conditions 65 point O/U game and then substituted horrible rain conditions that the O/U should drop 30 points or something like that. but my thought is it moves 5 or 6 points at most - note my example is unrealistic, hypothetical..

or am i underestimating turnovers leading to scores in horrible conditions?

today's ND/NCS was really really bad........ 10-3 and 7 of the 13 points were a fumble return for TD............ teams basically had issues kicking any FG's and 40 yard FG's seemed impossible - i.e. snap, catch, hold, kick was just too much margin for error........ if you didn't see it, youtube or google the 2 FGs made. maybe the 2 ugliest FG's i've ever seen.
