he got to the fourth because he hurt jones arm and kept pulling guard like a pussy. He has the guy down to basically one arm and the asshole won't throw his hands. WTF was he doing? I did really good this card. Had a moderate play on Jones vs Belfort making it 2nd round, had a small play on it making the 3rd and had a moderate play on Jones winning ITD combo with Martinez.

Pierson really came through for me as well. I bet on every fight except the Benavidez vs MM fight and I won everything except Stann ITD, I definitely should have hedged that with Bisping Dec. I'm still down this month because I bet a huge chunk of my stash on Martinez ITD and Ward vs Dawson going the distance, but this event really saved my ass.

edit: What I wrote above is technically not accurate because I had tiny tiny money on Vitor at +700 just for the hell of it.

Man it would've been incredible if it did. Too many fighters let Jones slowly walk them down towards the fence, it kind of feels like what happens in every Nick Diaz fight. Guys back into a corner where they get killed. I hope Machida can deliver.

They do the same with Silva, you can see some old fights from him on Youtube, when people go at him they get him, now though they all seem to let him set the pace. Same with Jones I guess, the guy is so long its almost cheating. Will be going heavyweight in the near future I think. Id like to see him fight Struve. I think he would give him a proper fight.

dodged a fockin bullet last night. finished the night -3U, but would have been -38U if jones/belfort reached round 5.

i had 4U on benzo SU, another 2U on benzo to win the tourny, and then like a numbnut i added another 1U @ +120 in live betting after round 3 (i had him up 2-1 at that point, but i was completely aware that it could have easily been 2-1 mouse). i felt good about the live bet in round 4 when he almost got the finish (also had a tiny play on benzo by sub), but i cant really bitch about the decision. fight was razor close. in retrospect, i obviously didnt cap the fight correctly.

hettes cost me another 2U (not sure what was up with him, looked slow and lethargic from the start), and 1U respectively on benoist and thorensen. i thought benoist should have got the tko in rd 3, but maybe im being biased.

all in all, cant be too mad. plan to get it back tonight on the emmys. war heisenberg!!

I figured it was something like that. I was wondering before the fight how the heck his hand heeled so fast since he recently hurt it. How much sparring can you possible do coming off a broken hand. This had to be why he was throwing so many kicks. I don't even think Jones was even thinking he would see one kick from Vitor
