#11Bodog credited my account as a win, then took the money out of my account and counted it as a loss. I knew when I saw that they changed it that I was going to be screwed because bodog is the worst sportsbook ever. They won't credit my account with the win or initial bet back even. I had $600 on Mighty Mouse by 3 round decison. These are the two sets of rules that apply to this situation:
Boxing/Mixed Martial Arts
2.
a. If the number of scheduled rounds in a fight is changed, the following wagers will have action: the fight winner, fighter wins by Decision, KO, TKO, and Draw options.
b. "Fight totals" & "will go / won't go" will have action if the updated scheduled total rounds are more than the total listed on the prop.
c. Exact round of ending, fighter to win inside distance or goes distance props will all be "no action" if scheduled rounds are changed or misposted.
3.
a. Results will be graded or regraded based on the official result at ringside.
b. As a result may be revised or altered after the initial presentation by the ring announcer. Results are not official for wagering purposes until verified by officials at the fighting venue.
c. Official or unofficial sanctioning body overturns of a fight decision based on appeal, suspension, lawsuit, drug testing result or any other fighter sanction will not be recognized for wagering purposes.
According to these rules am I wrong that I shouldnt at least get my money back? There not having it and I'm probably screwed but I'm just wondering what other people think.Comment -

#13My Mighty Mouse by decision is still graded as a win. I used most of my winnings from tht to bet on Benavidez/Shitani to go distance arbed with not distance on another site, so my bm account doesnt have enough in it for them to take back the stake from the Mighty Mouse bet if they did change it to a loss?!Originally posted by GrabakaThey pushed my straight bets on bookmaker! #14What would they of done if u'd lost all your money in ur account after tht bet was initially settled? Say if u'd then bet everythng in ur account on Alves? #15This is the same in Vegas and every sportsbook I can think of. This instance resembles nothing like article c. It wasn't even the official ringside result as in article a, just a clerical error or a misread by Buffer.Originally posted by Biggie23b. #18Prop bets usually don't get refunded with draws because a draw is an option as a prop and changes the lines for everything else. Kind of sucks, but that is usually how it works. This is a weird scenario because there should never have been a draw since there was supposed to be a sudden victory round after 3 rounds if it was tied up. I'm sure there are going to be many people that get screwed with taking what was supposed to be easier money with decision props.Originally posted by Biggie23Bodog credited my account as a win, then took the money out of my account and counted it as a loss. It seems almost every book gave refunds on McCall, which is good. At first I thought they would all take a hard stance on it.Comment
