Thoughts on Ludwig vs Neer at even?

Ludwig is having somewhat of a career renaissance at 170 and is always a legit threat in a stand-up war. Neer has always been a very exciting well-rounded fighter, be it at 155 or 170, who loves a good scrap. He's most effective standing up from the clinch where he can unload with a barrage of lethal strikes like standing elbows but that could prove to be a foolish strategy against Ludwig who may light him up with the Thai plum. The ground game heavily favours Neer IMO. However, I'm not sure if the dentist will try to rack up points with TDs near the end of the round or shoot if he's getting lit up since he gladly takes one (hundred) to give one back.

It'll be one hell of a war but I find it a bit of a tough fight to confidently cap.
