This is crazy. I think I've been sucked in by the trolls. You can say that he out grappled okami, but that was 5 years ago. He also lost to some guy named Ray Cooper 9 years ago. He laid on hendo (after getting dropped) and kampmann for those wins. Actually I don't know about the end of the hendo one because I shut it off because it was so boring.

Last thing I'm going to say about this and then I'm not commenting anymore on this match-up. Do you really think that Shields could beat any of the people you claim he is more dangerous then? If so I guess we'll get to see Fitch-Shields or Koscheck-Shields after he loses.

i notice this in a lot of ufc threads. mma forums are way too emotional. not sure why people telling you shields has a chance to beat gsp would bother you. gsp is still the heavy favorite for a reason.

I've never seen a more biased "journalist"! Literally has a permanent boner for Shields!

Biased? He's a legend to the sport. He opens up his show with himself infront of millions of belts and trophies he must be the ultimate authority on mixed martial arts. Check out how easily he owns GiPS at the 2 minute mark of that clip just charlie horses the shit out of him. Then at 4 minutes kills him with the knees/shoulder combo. Then at 7 minutes he ties him up, makes him work, exhausts him, then sweeps him and procedes to drop some bombs making the fight very physical (who knew you had to make a fight physical this man is a genious). Then when GiPS is weak from the punishment he just punches his chest at 9 minutes. He was almost caught in a triangle though at 11 minutes but he escaped, and easily passed to side guard where he finished GiPS with knees.

Bullet proof plan.

Lets just hope GiPS doesn't see this so he can encorporate some of those moves into his own game plan.
