DREAM LWGP finals, Andersen Silva/Dan Hendersen and Rampage/W. Silva III stand out to me right now.

I starting following MMA at UFC 59 for a reference. Probably would busted a nut for Fedor/Cro Cop, Liddell/Ortiz 1 and Pride OWGP if I was aware of what was going on at the time.

Chuck vs Rampage 2 when Rampage first came to the UFC for the LHW belt (liked the result)

Chuck vs Wanderlei...(liked the fight, disappointed Wanderlei didn't win)

BJ vs GSP...all the BJ fans vs the GSP fans....fight was boring

those 3 fights stand out to me as far as how excited I was in the weeks leading up to the fight

Oleg Taktarov's rolling leg locks were a thing of beauty. Tank Abbott was a beast, but always found an entertaining way to piss away a fight. Those were the days!

I would love for the UFC to hold a one time event over seas with the old rules. Too many fighters just trying to survive, and not to win the fight.

haha, yup, it was boring as batshit. 90 minutes, half of which involves sak poking his head through the ring doing nothing. im prety sure i only watched that one once speaking of sak... him v carlos newton when they agreed to just grapple was crazy.

now i think of all the great pride fights, i think the one that stands out is sapp/nogg. i've probably never felt like i have when sapp tapped. that shockwave (2002) is still one of my fav events of all time.
