#8996Great username. And no, his gas tank has generally been fine, especially when you consider the pace he fights at. I think that Aldo is going to look a lot fresher in the championship rounds than Edgar will, due to accumulated damage.Comment -

#8997Damn, that's scary. I can't imagine betting such a huge percentage of a roll on one fight.Originally posted by MDI do believe that. If anything, I think it's on the safe side. Edgar has nothing for Aldo. I will bet according to my fractionally adjusted Kelly Criterion as I do for all fights, yes.Comment -

#8998MD, how about we just take the -minus points handicap or something alike? Edgar isnt a guy who you put a big chunk of your bankroll against.
BTW i dont have a clue yet what to do with this price but certainly no moneyline bets on Aldo.Comment -

#8999Tend to agree with this. I intend to do a small bet on Edgar if the line gets to about +300, which I suspect it will. Its strictly a gamble, and I will not be betting big.Originally posted by GrabakaMD, how about we just take the -minus points handicap or something alike? Betting against Edgar at the current money line seems fairly dangerous, short of perhaps an over or decision prop, or if you are inclined as I am to take a gamble on Edgar, this fight seems like one thats best not touched.Comment -

#9000It won't be a huge percentage of my roll. Well, I suppose it will be, relative to my average bet sizing, but I stake in tiny Kelly increments so it won't be a mind-boggling amount.Originally posted by JamesKimDamn, that's scary. #9001Edgar's an intelligent guy, and I'm slightly worried about his game-planning ability, but the truth is, everything Edgar can do can be nullified by Aldo's skillset. That's how I see this fight.Originally posted by GrabakaMD, how about we just take the -minus points handicap or something alike? Edgar isnt a guy who you put a big chunk of your bankroll against.

#9003Aldo's weakest performance to date other then then the last round and a half of the Hominick fight was against Kenny Florian. You don't think that a guy who needed to adjust to the world-beating juggernaut that is an emaciated Kenflo would have a tough time against a guy who cleanly outwrestles Benson Henderson?Comment -

#9005Hey V how many more fights do you think Urijah Faber needs to win to get a shot at Ronda Rousey at 135? 2 or 3?
I was thinking 3, but given the relatively shallow talent pool, I think 2 is more likely.Comment -

#9006Surprised they haven't given him a shot right away. Dude only has to ask for a title shot to get it. If he beats Menjivar he'll get her for sure tho if she somehow manages to get by Carmouche!Originally posted by SacreliciousHey V how many more fights do you think Urijah Faber needs to win to get a shot at Ronda Rousey at 135? 2 or 3?

#9007The funniest thing about this post is the implication that Faber getting a title shot against Rousey is less likely than Rousey getting trainwrecked by Carmouche.Originally posted by VaughanySurprised they haven't given him a shot right away. Yeah, I popped my head in and caught some of that. Also saw a lot of people talking up Gaberz as a top capper. Some pretty good stuff. Well, I was hoping to get JDS at +200 in his title defense, was bummed to see him at -165...I guess I will throw him in 10, 8-team parlays. Winnerz.

I think that's actually ridiculous. It's pretty disrespectful to Dion, too. This guy has had a long career and fought a lot of people, and for them to just count him out like that is kind of ridiculous. In an MMA fight, all it takes is one punch from a 240 pound man to put you on your ass.Comment -

#9018I didnt know who this was at first, so I looked him up. He goes by Jamal. He is really strong and has a good ground game, but I have no idea how he got on TUF. He has beat a bunch of nobodies. We were on the same team for a bit, but the last time I saw him we got in a "Pushing each other aside " match while trying to coach some guys who were facing each other at a BJJ tournament in Denver. Good guy, but i dont think he will make the house.Originally posted by VaughanyTUF line-up....
