yeah, and it's later in the evening so we can grab some early MLB, then the Belmont, then on to a freebie HBO fight.
I've heard this champion is planning on retiring and becoming a priest of some kind... something about him going to bed every night at 8:30pm. Just some bulls_hit i heard at the water cooler today. I work with a bunch of degenerate gamblers.
Anyways the guy (FOREMAN) has very little knock out power with what, 8 KO's in 20 something fights? No sir, no chance he's going to get in there with COTTO and win by UD. This isn't the UFC, you actually have to be able to strike to win a match.

From what i've heard, he has power, but doesn't like to knock people out because he doesn't like to hurt people. (Tries to win by decision merely with boxing skill and not power)

Yuri will be done with Boxing soon. He is a very smart person and has a different life planned out for him after he retires.

hey guys, i think I may have to change my pick on this one. Hate to be an indian giver, but I'm concerned with the height advantage and reach of FOREMAN.
not only that, i'm not entirely convinced the presumably stronger COTTO will be able to land the kind of shots he needs to for a KO and may falter as the fight goes deep in rounds, where the speed of FOREMAN may be to great for COTTO.
FOREMAN +155 is my pick.

Foreman has no chance. He was a huge dog to win the title against Santos, and Santos is not half the fighter Cotto is. Cotto -170 is a steal.

I am very proud of Yuri, he has done so much and he will continue to be a good human being. Win or lose I am very proud of him. I have a huge bet on him tonight. I am sure it will lose because he has not been focused on boxing. He has an entire community he is teaching now and has been very busy doing other ventures, getting ready for when he is done with boxing. I am hoping that he can pull this one out but I am expecting a Cotto win. I will be very happy though if Yuri can pull this one out though!

Yuri has zero power.. if I would make any bet it would be over 10.5 and even then I'd be timid cuz I can see Cotto knocking him out

I thought this would be pretty easy, but hat's off to Foreman a class act and true warrior

I agree with brock.
how do you come into this fight with the knees of an eighty year old man? For C_hrist sake, yuri could hardly move!
My first gut call was completely correct- yuri can't f_ucking strike. But at second glance i thought with his speed and stamina he could outlast COTTO.
Instead, yuri stands there and allows himself to get pushed around the ring and up against the ropes. He flops around on the mat literally on his stomach and face like he is just learning to walk after being in a wheelchair. Why the f_uck couldn't he stand up? Why couldn't he move?
The announcers thought a camera man had hit his legs with camera equipment..
this guy fell on his ass without even being contacted by COTTO four times before the ref said this is enough.
yuri couldn't even stand up on his own. it just doesn't make sense. this isn't k1. he didn't sustain kicks to his knees and legs. this was one of the most lopsided fights i've seen this year. yuri looked like total trash, and f_ucked over bad on this one.

Cotto was going to win anyway and looked alot sharper technically, but the referee should be fired for potentially leaving yuri in danger of hurting himself further.
