#6I agree with most everyone, If you have any plans to bet Lesnar bet him now.
I really don't see the fuss about Carwin, Sherdog is going nuts about him beating Lesnar and from a handicapping perspective I don't see it.
Lesnar is far beyond Carwin in just about every sense, Lesnar has a good 15 pounds on Carwin and about 2 inches in height and 4 in reach.
He's also a lot faster if you look at a 23 year old Carwin at the NFL combine he ran the 40 in 4.93 seconds.
Lesnar ran the 40 in 4.68 seconds.
Carwin has slow feet and Lesnar will have no problem taking him down.
Is there something i'm missing? If anyone has views to the contrary i'd like to know them I plan to go big on Lesnar in the next few days.Comment -

#9Gotta go with lesnar on this fight. Lesnar is by far the superior wrestler, and he will take Carwin down and pound him out. I also like Akiyama on this card. Wandys washed up and had trouble beating Bisping.Akiyama will pick Silva apart and win easy.Comment -

#28No kidding?
Lesnar will take this to the ground, end of story. He will not stand and test his chin against a guy that can obviously knock people down hard. Lesnar's hands are heavy as well, but he a FAR superior wrestler over Carwin. Hat to say it, but I look for a fight like Heath Herring. Lesnar will control the ground game and go back to his outstanding wrestling credentials. Lesnar will have no problem making weight. His speed and quickness is also uterly amazing to me.
Just my thoughts!

But I think his "size" and "wrestling skills" are a product of the UFC machine. They are good, but somewhat exaggerated. The post-fight in ring comparison of Lesnar and Carwin after the Carwin-Mir match illustrates the size discrepancy...
Like I said, the only thing that might make this a no-play for me is the layoff factor for Lesnar...Comment -

#30I do love the fact that Lesnar and Carwin are the definition of Heavyweights in my eyes. It will be fun to watch a couple of big athletic dudes testing their skills against one another.
