I actually like Noke a lot more in this fight. Herman was an average fighter even before his knee surgery. And I think too much stock is put in his last fight that was under a minute against a really old veteran.

I never said he was a better than average 185er. I just think he's going to be better than Herman. Herman probably has the edge on the ground, but I'd say striking goes to Noke.

Plus I just don't buy that "he's back". The guy often gassed in his fights and became very slow. And this was before he crushed his knee. Herman has faced and lost to good competition, but hasn't looked dangerous against average competition at 185. Noke's been on a better roll lately against average competition.

I discount any TUF fights for both fighters. Otherwise I'd be excited as hell about the odds on Bruce Leroy.

Noke's TDD has always been his biggest weakness and I think Herman can expose that at any point he chooses throughout the fight. I dont find Noke to be that offensive off of his back and I think he will struggle early with Herman's physicality. Noke is the better standup fighter, but I think he will be tentative to throw a lot of kicks due to fear of the TD. As well, Herman's boxing is very servicable and although Noke is the more accurate puncher, Herman throws heavier. I think Herman may struggle as the fight gets closer to the 15 mark as Noke has the better cardio, but I've seen Noke wilt once he finds himself behind on the scorecards. If Herman can avoid getting too sloppy once his gas tank starts to drain, I think he should take a decision. Should be a close fight though.
