If you think Omar Morales is a decent striker at UFC level (granted ufc level has gotten much lower since coved) then I’m not sure what to say to you. Any ranked fighter at featherweight will dominate him

I think we just disagree on the definition of "decent" in regards to UFC. The UFC has 84 featherweights on its roster. Being a guy who would lose to a ranked fighter doesn't make him bad.
