Dude is 41 now, it's not so much about Machida fading into old age as much as it is Mousasi still has outstanding stand up and maybe still in his MMA prime at 34 years of age.. I see Machida going to sleep in this one tonight...

We shall see. Mousasi is very tough to beat standing.

How close to the fight? Caught up in football, but want to see Gegard. Hate the line, think it's accurate, laying the juice on him (big fan). Took nothing else in mma all weekend.

Streaming is killing my love of the sport. Watching football delayed over an hour. Did the same with mma until dazn, espn+. Ugh.

They swtiched it so Lyoto vs Mousasi is the main event.

They might have done it so corrupt judges are assigned to Lyoto/Mousasi instead of Freire/Archuleta.

It could mean Mousasi will get robbed if he wins so be careful.

                                      edit:

They also might have done it to make their tournament presentation cleaner, in terms of the outcome of Freire's fight and who he will be facing, but that's a hell of a change for a last minute thing.

Lyoto didn't have his hips into the guillotine so there never was danger, he was just holding him.

John Gooden, Dan Hardy and Paul Felder break down the action at UFC Fight Night: Hermansson vs. Cannonier from Copenhagen, Denmark, with (0:19) Nicolas Dalby winning his Octagon return against Alex Oliveira, Mark O. Madsen (2:05) delivering an impressive performance in his UFC debut against Danilo Belluardo and Jared Cannonier (5:29) stopping Jack Hermansson early in Round 2 in the main event.

Jared Cannonier joins Karyn Bryant and Tyron Woodley on the UFC Fight Night Post Show to recap his TKO victory vs. Jack Hermansson. Cannonier says he doesn’t have a specific opponent in mind next, saying there’s no reason to call anyone out besides the one with the belt. (5:05) Woodley asks Cannonier about the pyrite he has with him, and the “metaphysical properties” that they hold.
