There's some tough match-ups for him at the top of the division but he definitely has the potential to be champion one day

Is it a good mindset to have to call yourself "a desperate man" like MJ is? I don't think so.

Yeah sorry about the glass chin call that wasn't needed. Live I thought it was an average punch and started posting, but upon replay that was a good shot. Hall is a solid guy I didn't expect that.

Well he lost to Yoel Romero already... But I love the dude to he has a ton of potential I agree with you there brotha , I'm hoping a scenario like this happens ... Weidman/Yoel fight weidman wins , Brunson gets to fight Yoel again ( won first 2 rounds in previous fight ) he rewrites that wrong then a possible title shot ? Or maybe they give him mousasi / victor Belfort winner

All good amigo, just a lot of people on these forums boast and say stuff like that after winning bets , you don't seem like a cocky dude just spur of the moment comment we've all been there.. Uriah does actually have a decent chin but that placement and mainly the lunging in provides extra power ending in a knockout blow... When you run into a shot or somebody lunges into your shot it usually will end in the guy dropping like a sack of potatoes even dudes with granite chins like Roy Nelson ( uppercut by Mark hunt ) or even mark hunt lunging into werdums knee

He's so quick. When he was lunging at Hall, Hall was thinking "holy shit this guy's fast!". Brunson had already lunged at him and stepped back, and only then did it register with Hall. It's like the guy is in the matrix.

Yep MJ with the connect. DP chin was always questionable.. Glad I hedged.. WOW... That was quick..
Good job on the unders guys that were posting earlier in this thread.. Pretty much broke even on this fight which I'll take.. Had $400 on DP Straight so I actually lost a few bucks on this fight.. Still glad I hedged..

everybody on thread was on porier it seemed... waiting for the michael johnson ghosts to appear lmaooo
the lesson is dont always look at the last 3 fights of a guy and base everything off that... the striking between these guys was a lot closer then people gave credit, johnson definitely doesnt starch porier like that 10 outta 10 times but he does have the speed advantage and in this fight it got him the win ... -180 price tag was far far to high for a 50/50 scrap like this , lightweight is a sharks tank and people get losses , michael johnson honestly beat dariush so he was only really coming off the 1 loss vs diaz... porier will be back regardless hes a tough fighter and has a ton of skill hope he bounces back soon
cheers to another profitable night regardless cya guys at the next even

Also, now that I think about it, (it's easy on hindsight see where you went wrong) Poirier used takedowns vs Duffy. That says something about his standup maybe isn't as good. The other guys he beat recently weren't that good - Medeiros, Ferrieira. And he just happened to look very good vs Green, Green probably had an off night.
