perfect example of a round (quite common actually) where the 10-10 option should be open to the judges...a lot of horse-shit decisions come from judges being forced to guess...

when you have a hard time answering the question "who would i rather have i been", a 10-10 allows you to keep your card unbiased/untainted until you can

one simple way to crack down on the shotty decisons w/out changing around anything would be to simply add 2 more judges..

5 judges instead of 3 .. better odds of them getting it right..w/out changing a damn thing rule wise.

also, start hiring former/retired fighers..should be a requirement for mma judging to be honest.

another workable approach...either/both of these worthy of a trial run at a regional promo...certainly couldn't make anything worse than the horseshit we have now (where we're almost guaranteed one full-on WTF SMH "special" result per card)
